2025 Monolith Awards Producers

Jeroen Hallaert

Co-Executive Producer, 2025 Monolith Awards | Executive Producer, Infinity Festival

Jeroen Hallaert serves as Co-Executive Producer for the 2025 Monolith Awards and Executive Producer of the Infinity Festival, bringing extensive experience in live events production and cutting-edge entertainment technology. His production credits include major tours for U2 and Metallica, as well as work with Cirque Du Soleil and Celine Fashion.

As Vice President of Production Services at PRG (Production Resource Group), Hallaert has been instrumental in advancing virtual production and extended reality (xR) technologies.

He led the development of innovative solutions for U2’s eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour, including the patent-pending Pure10 transparent LED screen technology. Under his leadership, PRG expanded its Virtual Production Studio capabilities, creating state-of-the-art facilities that have facilitated productions ranging from xR performances and 3D interactive environments to broadcast TV shows, commercials, and product launches.

Regarding the festival’s approach, Hallaert emphasizes that the best events should be treated as highly sophisticated televised productions with great content, high-quality production resources, and innovation powering deep engagement.

For the 2025 Monolith Awards, he notes that the theme “Innovators in the Age of Change” celebrates technologists and creators who blend bold imagination with cutting-edge innovation, from AI to immersive media, leading a new cultural and creative frontier.

Andrea Bari

Co-Executive Producer, 2025 Monolith Awards | Head of XR

Andrea “Andy” Bari spent over 20 years negotiating, drafting, and administrating entertainment contracts as an entrepreneur, producer or manager, representing, among many, record labels such as Kiefer Sutherland’s Ironworks, and Matthew McConaughey’s JK Livin’. At the beginning of his career, he carried two entertainment startups from funding to exit, he worked behind the camera in major motion pictures, as a consultant for independent films, and in-house with production companies such as De Line Pictures at Warner Bros and Tom Hanks’ Playtone Productions. As a key expert witness in intellectual property controversies, Andy mediates creative endeavors and aids judges’ rulings with regards to entertainment-related issues or controversies. His legal research expands from the original intent and history of intellectual property to the most modern subjects between creativity and tech, such as generative artificial intelligence. For two years he was also the chief legal researcher for the United Nations special rapporteur of cultural rights, under the High Commissioner for human rights. Since January 2019, Andy has been a part-time entertainment law and business professor at UCLA, Dodge (Chapman film school), at the law school of the University of La Verne, and at the Musicians Institute. Currently, he is the producing partner of author Dan Brown and the leading director of the large-projection immersive experience medium, Max Siccardi. Among many other production and management endeavors, he helps as the head of XR and co-producer of the Monolith Awards for the Infinity Festival, the leading festival merging storytelling and new media technology.
